The idea of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology is more than 20 years old when the two Swiss professors from IMD and LEGO Group CEO and owner Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen were exploring alternative strategic planning tools and systems. They developed an understanding of the value of employees and the concept of an evolving, adaptive strategy that included using LEGO elements as three-dimensional models of business issues and challenges. The strategy was named LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.

LEGO serious play method aims to improve communication and creativity. At workshops, people build 3-dimensional models of their ideas and share stories about those models. CorpoHub team loves LEGO serious play method because it puts participants in a different mindset – playfulness, creativity, laughter are among the things we love. But most of all – the method enables everyone in the team to be really open, honest and straightforward with their views. The outcome is really concrete and everyone dares to expose “elephants in the room”
